Dear Friend:
We have had a glorious October. Brilliant blue skies, colorful foliage and unseasonably warm days. I am spending this last weekend of October in Western MA planting garlic, harvesting lovage and the last of the Asian pears. I watch the remaining scarlet and orange leaves fall to the ground. The gardening season is over. The days are getting shorter and darker. As the cold of winter looms, this is a difficult time of transition for many of us.
Conditions here at home and around the world are worrisome and indeed frightening. The stress can be overwhelming. Acupuncture is an effective balm when the world is feeling so unbalanced. A treatment can give us a new perspective to make our small corner of the world brighter.
Acupuncture can also boost our immune system. Come in for a fall tune-up before the cold and flu season is here. Feel stronger and calmer as we go into winter.
Warm greetings,
Margaret
